You may place an Order by filling in the Order Form on the Carter & White website, with the exact address. After placing an order and agreeing to the following terms and conditions, we will email you to confirm your order. By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Information contained on the Carter & White website constitutes an invitation to treat. No information on our website constitutes or should be deemed as an offer by us to supply any Products; however Carter & White will make every effort to supply Products to you.
We don’t protect customers from unauthorized use of customer’s password.
Carter & White and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, and/or cancel orders at their sole discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.
We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming shipment of the goods you have ordered. If we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
Carter & White currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and Cash on Delivery. Order processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. Orders placed on a weekend or a Public holiday will not begin order processing until the next business day. Business days are Saturday through Thursday.
Carter & White always seeks to list Products with the most competitive prices, given the quality that is 100% guaranteed. Carter & White reserves the right to change prices for Products displayed at carterandwhite.com at any time before you place an Order.
Any questions about Carter & White’s return policy is mentioned in detail under “Returns”; therefore every customer is liable to check the refund conditions, in case interested as well as any other issue arises you may email us at any time at care@carterandwhite.com.
We are not liable for any damaged goods; however in such case we hold the responsibility of contacting the shipping company and trying to solve this issue without bothering the customer.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price or containing any incorrect information. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged.
To the extent permitted by law, Carter & White is not liable for any damage to or loss of any programs, data, or other information stored or any media contained within electronic or computing Products. Recovery and reinstallation of system and application software and user data are the responsibility of the consumer.
By placing your Order, you agree that we may store, process and use data collected from your Order Form for the purposes of processing and delivering your Order. If you so indicate on the appropriate section of your Order Form, by placing your Order you also agree that we may use such data, other than credit card details, in order to provide you with information from time to time on other Carter & White Products that may be of interest to you.
Carter & White will not be responsible for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect) suffered by a customer whose credit card is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorized manner.
You shall not assign any rights and obligations under these Terms and Conditions whether in whole or impart without the prior written consent of Carter & White. Any unauthorized assignment shall be deemed null and void.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected thereby.
Neither our failure nor your failure to enforce any Term or Condition constitutes a waiver of such Term or Condition. Such failure shall in no way affect the right to later enforce such Term or Condition.
Carter & White reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions of sale at any time. The Terms and Conditions applicable to you are those on our website at the time you order a product. No Carter & White employee or agent has the authority to vary any of the Terms and Conditions governing any sale.
