Rising luxury Dubai brand will attend leading show for second time; company expansion set to continue after closing Series A round of funding

01 September, 2019 – Dubai, UAE: Dubai luxury linens brand Carter & White will be showcasing several exciting new product lines at this year’s Cannes Yachting Festival (10-15 September) – the second consecutive time the company has exhibited at this glamorous event.

The new luxury products on display will include: Men’s Linen Shirts, Men’s Linen Pyjamas, Signature Towels – as well as a charming New-born Collection.

Launched just three years ago, Carter & White has become a genuine Dubai start-up success story – carving out its own special niche in the luxury retail segment. The company has recently closed its Series A round of funding and is now actively looking to bring new investors onboard.

“We have a long way to go, but I am confident that with the support of the right investors – along with our team’s incredible hard work – we will be one of the top emerging brands in the Middle East,” said Marwan Al Serkal, Founder of Carter & White.

The ultra-chic Dubai label is growing carefully but steadily; it has now increased its employees to ten –with ac couple team members set to join in 2019.

Carter & White first attracted notice for its beautiful 100% Egyptian Giza cotton bedlinen for private yachts, as well as its ultra-comfortable men’s undergarments.

This year’s attendance at the Cannes Yachting Festival is crucial for the brand as it is one of the oldest and most anticipated boat shows in the world, offering visitors a unique opportunity to see vintage and modern-day craft up close. This lavish event at the heart of Europe attracts boat owners from places as far flung as Tokyo, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Russia – even as far as Peru and Brazil.

During the exhibition Carter & White will officially announce its latest stunning product ranges.

“We started Carter & White less than three years ago but have managed to reach a level of variety and quality that has made me extremely proud,” added Marwan Al Serkal.

“This is just the beginning; we can see that the market in the Middle East is very promising because we are offering a unique product difference – items that are designed to be suitable for the region’s hot and humid weather. Whereas other brands commercially launch products that are good for weather below zero to minus 20 degrees, we design products based on the need to live comfortably in a hot climate. That’s what makes us different. Our whole team works tirelessly to research and test every item in our portfolio to make sure it lives up to this unique selling point. We will soon be the market leader in our business – it’s just a matter of time.”
