Here at Carter & White we abide by and respect the Returns & Exchange policies.
All items must be returned new, unused and with all Carter & White garment tags still attached within 5 working days of receiving your product.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
No returns or exchanges on undergarments due to hygiene reasons.
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for store credit.

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. However, we do monitor the number of returns made and may refuse to accept orders at our discretion if goods are returned repeatedly.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
In case of COD, we will refund your Carter & White account with store credit. You can use this store credit towards a future purchase. The cash on delivery option is only available for Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.
Taxes & Duties:
Customers may be liable for any customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Therefore we suggest that you check the requirements in your country before placing an order. We will not be liable for any custom or import duties.
